I am rather surprised Shito has not merited mentioning in Traditional Ghana Foods.

This is the one Ghanaian relish/condiment so versatile and very appealing to people of all nationalities. Toned, the hotness can easily be modified to suit westeners with hot and spicy palate and can be a great winner as a specialised cuisine belonging to the deli section of any specialised food store.

Hope this is considered next time.
