Guatemala have no clean watter, i visited livingston for example, the people are poor and the letrins are connected with a pipe straigth in to the atlantic ocean, the people no longer can find or eat the fish without side efects, the authorities starting with the president and the alcaldes need to be awaiken. The sistems and plans need to be implemented for the sake of us all.
