Information about anthropology in Namibia.

Anthropology is the science of humanity, intersecting the study of natural science and humanities. Anthropology studies human beings in aspects ranging from the biology and evolutionary history of Homo sapiens, to the features of society and culture that decisively distinguish humans from other animal species.

Because of the diverse subject matter it encompasses, anthropology has become a collection of more specialized fields: Physical anthropology, cultural anthropology (or ethnology), social anthropology, linguistic anthropology, psychological anthropology, and archeology.

I am a 23 year old female from Namibia, I am passionate about cultures, worldviews and literature but I have a particular interest in anthropology. I did my four years of varsity doing Accounting, I now work with students but I would love to study social or cultural anthropology. I wanted to find out if you offer scolarships to students who wants to do an undergradute programme in anthropology..
