I am looking for my brother who was last seen in livingstone, his name is Arthur Van Niekerk but he may be using another name. He is 53 and has been in lusaka for the past four to five years, and I think most of that he was living on the street. He is about 6foot 2 inches, probably bald, brown eyes and has a large scar on his upper left leg from a motor car accident. I know he was staying in a church in livingstone with a african pastor. That was the last I heard from him. I am asking for your help juyst to know if he is stilkl alive or what has happened to him. I need to let him know that our father past away three months ago. Thanks Ray
