My mother use to fry fish eggs and they were delicious. I now have a mess of fish eggs, thanks to my fisherman son, that I would like to fix as I remember my mother doing—but how do I fix them and how long do I fry them? Please comment.

Howdy Marge,
I'm told that you put (a subjective amount) of flour, pepper, and salt on the raw fish eggs, and toss them in a skillet with some oil on medium heat. Too hot and the membrane keeping the eggs together will melt and/or the eggs will turn out tasting like cork. Fry on each side for just two minutes or so.
¡Buen provecho!
