Arroz con Mariscos (Rice with Seafood)

Arroz con Mariscos is commonly served at cevicherias (resturants specializing in seafood) in Peru, and considered to be an adaptation of Spanish Paella.

Arroz con Mariscos is simply rice spiced with ají panca, and mixed with any number of creatures from the sea, including squid, scallops, shrimp, octopus, and crawfish.
